| I was a little skeptical when buying this, especially regarding the wooden frame. But the wood looks strong and the item is quite sturdy. The wire shelves helps make sure that the dust off the shoes falls off and can be broomed away. The frame is easy to lift using the handles on either side. And finally, it looks great on my hardwood floor. |

| This shoe shelf is just what I was hoping for. Very fast assembly and it doesn't look cheap like a lot of the shoe organizers you can buy at local stores. I have hickory hardwood floors and the shoe shelves look excellent due to the nice natural wood finish. High recommended. |

| I ordered the Neu Home 17035 Shoe Rack January 29th 2010. It arrived with no instructions and no parts to assemble. I called the company they had me call another person to get the parts. I waited and no parts. I called back and the order was lost or it was backordered. I called again and again to follow up on the parts. I finally recieved the patrs March 10th 2010. In my opinion this is poor customer service. It has been a bad experience and I will not order anything else from this company. They did not meet my expectation. Buyer Beware. |
